I've debated it since I got it. Do I leave the car 6 volt positive ground, or convert to 12 volt? 

With the amount of work it will take to completely rewire the entire car, I may as well bite the bullet and do a 12v wiring harness and do a 12v conversion. 

I used a kit online to decide which parts I will need. I searched all parts individually and will make my own kit cheaper.
